The world tour for Sealion was first thought up by Scarecrow and then instigated by Doctor What, originally it was going to be a present for the then infant Overlord, but at present seems destined to wind up with him sometime after his 36th birthday. At least the thread will be a good time capsule of different periods of his reign. He has been joined by a travelling companion called Snowy, who was added by Sargon.
