Dueling Act of 2009

Overview

Submitted amid the flurry of activity overcoming Parliament in April 2009, this bill was - like the Funny Hat bill before it - a resubmission of an older bill, namely the Dueling Bill.

History

MP Susano (FFF) submitted this bill to the Lower House of Parliament on April 24, 2009. The bill was not contested by the Landsraad.

Text of Legislation

Section I

All peers of AH.com and all members of cabinet, parliament and landsraad of AH.com, and all territorial governors of AH.com, and everybody who might possibly be related to a person of any aforementioned groups, and their dogs, too, may challenge any other person of aforementioned conditions to a duel, if they do so in a ridicously pompous manner and speech, while wearing ridiculously overdressed fancy clothing.

Section II

The duel itself must also be fought in overdressed clothing and with overdone mannerisms.

Section III

Should the challenged person not accept the duel, they will be branded as coward and only be allowed to wear dunce hats as funny headgear for a month.

Section IV

Duels shall be fought according to the Godmodding Rules of Luaky Commer.
