Krall has also been known for his scathing criticisms of maps and flags in the Map Thread and Flag Thread respectively. This has caused some hostility between him and some map makers, but he has occasionally stated that he never means to criticise the map makers themselves, he only means to criticise their maps. Strangely, some people have thanked him for his criticism. Others now appear to consider him a Memetic Badass, despite the fact that he is occasionally kicked for his behaviour.

Thande has pointed out the suspicious coincidence that the cult RTS game Total Annihilation has a planet called “Kral” (one L) which is noted for its oceans of vitriolic acid and its forests of windbags full of hot air.

Krall has been involved with AH.com politics on occasion. Originally his involvement stemmed from his creation of the Otto von Bismarck Zombie Resurrection, Undead, Werewolves, Martians, Scantily-Clad Beach Babes and World Domination Party, which was somewhat popular for a time, but Krall disbanded it due to disinterest from its other members. He then joined the Yorkshire Socialist Party, but later left after he decided that the AH.com political system is not fun nor interesting. He later re-entered the political arena for a short time due to leading the AH.com People's Funny Hat Revolution. After the revolution's failure Krall founded the Fascist Fascist Bastard Fascist Party.

In the Fascist Fascist Bastard Fascist Party a cult of personality formed around Krall (not entirely without Krall's help), and later a religion or cult was formed around him with Ryder at its head. First called the Kralltonic Order, it was later stated that the Kralltonic Order is actually a military order of the Krallish religion, which was later renamed the Krallhá'í Faith. The Kralltonic Order and the FFBFP were later dissolved.

Krall also created a third political party, the Monotonous Seriousness Party, with the intention of parodying those members of AH.com that believe that AH.com politics should be serious in any way, but then disbanded the party a day later when he decided that he couldn't pretend to be serious about AH.com politics for any length of time. He then created the Party of the Brethren of the Waterless Sea, a political party based around the concept of Space Pirates.

Since June 2009 Krall has also held the title of the Earl of Desmond in the AH.com peerages.

In September 2009 Krall become entirely obsessed with Japaneese model Aki Hoshino, to the point where people have complained about it. This has seemed to have coincided with a change in his personality and attitude towardds AH.com Politics, since he has been acting rather gentlemanly since, and has tried to stop arguments by asking people whether they would like a spot of tea and a lovely slice of battenberg. Strangely Krall's former reputation was as a conniving, schemeing backstabber who was only out for his own gain, and yet his new personality brought him closer to the Presidency than ever before, since several people (such as TheDarkServant and Hashasheen, the President and Vice President respectively) above him in the line of succession had either temporarily left AH.com, or had declared their intent to leave AH.com politics. Acting President Hashasheen attempted to make Krall acting Vice President, and Krall's cool head and polite demeanour caused some to (jokingly) call for the implementation of a Kralltocracy. Unfortunate Ian shut down the AH.com politics roleplay soon after.

He appeared as the Grand Master of the Great Holy Grammar Inquisition of the Administratum of Bankind in the AH.com Series episode THE ULTIMATE SHOWDOWN. He has also appeared in more recent AH.com Series episodes as a major villain.

Utilising the forces at his disposal from the Kralltonic Order and the Fascist Fascist Bastard Fascist Party, Krall has conquered North Korea and renamed the country “The Kingdom of Goguryeo”, with Krall as its Supreme King. Krall later invaded both China (the People's Republic and the regular Republic), and declared himself to be the Emperor of Manchukuo and the King of Formosa.
