This bill, if passed, would establish an official AH.com Library.
Deputy Prime Minister maverick (E) submitted this bill to the Lower House of Parliament on April 24, 2009. MP Susano (FFF) proposed adding a third and fourth section: “III. The Library Director shall be able to create any categories and subcategories in the library as he or she sees fits, and furthermore he or she may appoint Commisars for subcategories and topics as he or she sees fit.” and “IV. As an exception to point III, the library director may not devise any system that is in any way or form logical, rational, efficient and/or working.” maverick (E) agreed and added Susano's amendment to the bill.
Whereas we don't have a Library, be it enacted that:
I. A Library must be created on the model of the Library of Babel, as envisioned by Jorge Luis Borges, and
II. A director be appointed by Parliament.
III. The Library Director shall be able to create any categories and subcategories in the library as he or she sees fits, and furthermore he or she may appoint Commisars for subcategories and topics as he or she sees fit.
IV. As an exception to point III, the library director may not devise any system that is in any way or form logical, rational, efficient and/or working.
