Plot
The AH.com Ship returns to the 'D&D' holographic adventure world first seen in the episode CULT OF THE SWAMP GOD. This time, a different party of AH.commers takes part in the adventure, and does so deliberately. However, Ward is nursing plans for revenge, together with a traitor to E. Gary Gygax. Doctor What spends most of the show watching the others' adventures from the dungeon masters' control room.
Notably Dave Howery himself doesn't appear except in the teaser and tag - he takes a holiday on another timeline, worried about the fact that he 'stole' Keira from the planet last time they were here. During the events of the episode, though this is only hinted at, he and Keira repel an invasion from that timeline.
