The Prime Minister is the Chair of the Cabinet and the President's chief advisor. The post is appointed and confirmed by the President of AH.com, who usually chooses the leader of the party with the most seats in the Lower House of the AH.com Parliament. The PM may propose and introduce legislation for consideration of the Cabinet and the Parliament and convene votes on various matters.
The PM may be assisted by a Deputy Prime Minister who is also appointed by the President. The President may, for reasons of rewarding allies or showing good faith by securing a coalition, appoint an MP who is not a member of the PM's Party.
