Hi Guys! I'm fairly new to the site but I wanted to try my hand at making an AH flag so this is my first post in this thread. So without further ado:
The Flag of the Democratic Commune of Mobile-Pensacola! The DCMP (sometimes known as Democratic West Florida) is a nominally anarcho-communist area comprised of part of the territory of old colonial West Florida. In this timeline, it stays independent for longer, eventually undergoing a much more democratic revolution, giving more power back to the individual cities and small fishing villages along the Gulf Coast. Though it claims all of West Florida, its area of control spans from OTL Gulf County, FL to Biloxi, MS. It has maintained its independence due to its multicultural society, democratic norms, good relations with the native tribes in the plains of the Alabamos, and the innate strength of West Floridian guerrilla fighters. It is led by a democratically elected Commune Council, based part of the year in Mobile and the other part in Pensacola. They only meet when other parishes around them wish to join the commune or when visits from outside (read: foreign) leaders want to visit the area.

Yeah, I went through the Turtledoves, but the ones I liked were by people who hadn't posted in a while so I didn't think they'd be likely to respond quickly enough. The one I liked initially was this one of Fascist Britain. I chose it not because it covers a specific topic in alternate history, but rather because it is visually striking and stands out as being "obviously" British but also obvious something different to the nonhistorically minded eye.
The Imperial Standard of the Emperor or Empress Regnant of Hatsunia depicts the Green Onion Flower Seal (葱の花紋, neginokamon), which has 39 anthers.

For Norway, couldn't you just use the Nasjonal Samling flag? Or do something nice with the eagle emblem they used which is totally not a ripoff of the Nazi eagle.
i might go with the later because i would imagine that flag as a communist variant due to the red and yellow but the eagle does look nice!
The funny part about the Nasjonal Samling flag is that it also was a proposed flag of Finland, since it's just a Scandinavian cross in gold and red, and gold and red are the colours of the Finnish coat of arms. And it's also the flag of Skåne region in Sweden. Rather unoriginal group of fascists to say the least.
So keep with the unoriginality theme and just pose the eagle like it would in a German style flag. Or something.

People's Republic of Lankhmar
The hand of the Grand Prince of Ilthmar & Lankhmar had grown heavy and the people chafed.
All across the Eightfold Land [1] vandals and saboteurs signed their work with the red banner of radical socialism or the Eye of Public Oversight [2].
In old Lankhmar, most ancient of cities, adherents to the Movement of Public Oversight would often add a golden haloed sun in reference to their city's traditional icon of the white sun.
The Massacre of Fafhrd's Tor ignited revolutions and within the year the so-called Empire of the Eightfold Land had fallen to an alliance of People's Republics.
The People's Republic of Lankhmar displayed a flag with a red hoist on a black field surmounted by a golden haloed white sun - red & gold for the People, white sun on black for Lankhmar [3] - and bearing a green eye - for the fruitfulness of Public Oversight.
[1] Derived from the Land of Eight Cities and now referring to the lands surrounding the Inner Sea of Nehwon under control of the Grand Prince of Ilthmar and Lankhmar.
[2] A movement calling itself "public oversight" would undoubtedly use eye symbolism.
[3] With black being the traditional colour of Lankhmar a white symbol would help show the "venerability" of the later hereditary princes.
I might be a bit late but I have two things to criticize:
1st: the nordic swan doesn't really fit in, because its lines are a not as thick ad tje rest of the flag.
2nd: I believe that most inhabitants of a nordic country (like me) have only ever seen the nordic swan in the (slightly different) form of the "nordic ecolabel".
I atleast associate the swan with 3-layered, extra soft, ecological toilet papet ...

In my honest opinion, it is hideous. So here is my version:
The two halves of the full moon represent the two islands of Bandia and Terra. Dark Purple represents the midnight sky and the blue represents the Indian Ocean.

So, after watching Les Miserablés for the first time, I made these two flags for an alternate socialist/communist French revolution of some kind (not Communards.) I like it. The first one is just a simplified version of the second, which is a sun representing hope using the revolutionary colors of black and red. What do y'all think?
The first is probably oversimplified, but I really like the second.
