The other country, that, you mentioned, Eritrea has a strong national identity despite being evenly split between Christians and Muslims.

Regarding Polynesians reaching Antarctica, an old Maori legend suggests, that, the Maori did reach Antarctica. They did not settle it, though, for obvious reasons.
