- Hitler's Mediterranean Strategy TL by Max Sinister - Italy (Hitler's Mediterranean Strategy). An Italy that made peace with the Allies in summer 1944 after they landed in Sicily.
- The Chaos TL by Max Sinister - Italy (Chaos). A kingdom that came into existence by the unification of Florence and Sicily, later developed into the New Roman Empire, which was even later reduced to Greater Italy, and finally split up, after which the mother country ended up as a part of the Socialist Block.
- Fight and Be Right by EdT - An analogue of OTL Fascism is quashed early and Gavriel D'Annunzio becomes a famed interwar prime minister of the country.
