Should the President of AH.com be absent, unable to take up their duties or incapacitated, the Acting President carries out their duties and assumes the office on his or her behalf.
In the first incidence of this occurring, the party leader of the elected President's party assumed the title of Acting President at the request of the sitting President. The Acting President proceeded to create the offices of Vice President. In the event of the President's absence, the Vice President of the sitting President's party is expected to ascend to the Presidency, with the approval of the Cabinet.
The Acting President exercises all the powers and enjoys all the privileges of the AH.com President.
In particular cases, such as the permanent absence of the Elected President, the Acting President can be considered and referred to as the actual President by title.
