A) If there is any chance of further revolution, it is through a united front.

And with the Great Depression coming, I'm sure many of the population (at least the middle/lower class) in the West will become homeless and the workers becoming more leftists... I know there'll be some that'll lean to the right/far-right of the ideology (aka the upper/rich, industrialists, and the like, but with us not being Stalin... yeah.
I always felt not being Stalin, Hitler, Mao or the likes is a rather good position to be in life, wich often boils down to being fairly neutral and/ or simply tolerant of others world views of opinion and not extreme yourself. ;D
B) Let's give individual support for now until such time as a suitably aligned partner might emerge for the movement to unify around as proposed by @Analytical Engine.

The planned support for the Socialists, Socialists Labor and Workers, Trade Unions; the Socialists, Workers, Labor and Trade Union Coalition was not supported by the majority of the Soviet Union and it’s leadership, which was why the support for the Socialists, Socialists Labor and Workers Parties and Trade Unions and a potential union of them was split rather down the middle and the reason why no clear route was taken of yet. At the same time the Fujian incident saw heavy clashes in an armed conflict with Han Republican China, allied to the Soviet Union and the southeastern army Kuomintang rebels in the province of Fujian. Meanwhile in the United Kingdom, the voting age in the Passage of the Representation of the People Act is lowered from 30 to 21 with woman and man having equal suffer age starting in July 2nd. Thanks to General Electric's television station W2XB, known also as WGY Television, after its sister radio station WGY, the first regular scheduled television program begins to send in Schenectady, New York. Like with newspapers and radio before, the Soviet Union believes that anti-capitalist mass propaganda might be spread trough such devices. At the same time Disney Studios Los Angeles released the animated short Plane Crazy, which featured the first appearance of Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse, later stables of a conservative American family and citizen picture in propaganda movies against the Soviet Union, as well as American Socialists and Communists. While Buenos Aires in Argentina sees a bomb attack on the Italian consulate that injures 43 and kills 22, a day later the Italian airship Italian crashes on the North Pole, leading to the Italian general Umberto Nobile being stranded, which results in a rescue mission expedition that would arrive a weak later, with many loosing their lives in search for the survivors as well, among them Roald Amundsen. While in the first Indianapolis 500 he partakes in rookie driver Louis Meyer wins and will do so again in 1933 and 1936, his fame and glory rose. Meanwhile the new flag of the Republic of South Africa, which in the future would become known as the apartheid flag. The overall idea of local ethnic, racial and religious tensions, as much as class and social one was viewed by the Soviet Union as potential avenues of attacks against a local ideology, government and nation that dared to oppose them and the workers of the world.

Besides supporting our workers parties and movements, whould the Soviet Union exploid class, social, ethnic, racial and religious tensions in other nations (especially our enemies), or is doing so to much of a potential danger and treat with civil wars and ripping them apart, to risk such a move.

(C) - we should support movements on a case by case basis. However, we should be careful not to make things too bad. The Glorious Worker's Paradise(TM) is for everyone, not just some people.
