Am I able to ask for a flag request for someone to help me with creating one, amd/or asking someone to make one?
Flag of the State of California in my Lago Anza world.
California is centered around the massive Lago Anza (so it doesn't include central and northern California), the sixth largest lake in the United States, and the largest one outside of the Great Lakes region. The centerpiece of the flag is a Eschscholzia californica, the Californian golden poppy which sprouts out of the desert after the winter rains. The flag shows the desert floor, the Anza mountains, and the sky.

The backgroud is the flag of Pan-Africanism, and the national seal in flag looks like RAF(Red Army Faction), composed of red star and Tompson submachine gun, because the Black Panther Party inspired me a lot.
Umoja means "Unity" in Swahili language, A split country from former colonies, located in Florida, dominated by Blacks and Natives, and Now sociologist W. E. B. Du Bois ruled her in his socialist way.

The Red represents the harsh desert, the white represents the region's pure natural beauty, and the gold is the represents the abundant natural resources (including gold).
The Seal combines the old Coat of Arms of Mexican controlled California, (Baja California Sur still uses the same symbols OTL) with American iconography. The Latin script, Deo et patrice (For God and Country) refers to the state's Catholic minority-majority and their adopted country.

Provisional Administration of the Republic of Venezuela (2019-2022)

Following the intervention of a US-led coalition into the authoritarian regime of Nicolas Maduro in Venezuela, a civil war between Bolivarians and anti-Bolivarians - the latter being led by de jure president Juan Guaidó - erupted. The military, as well as several countries such as Bolivia, Cuba, Russia and China, backed Maduro while the people and most other countries supported the opposition. In late 2019, US forces seized Caracas, and Maduro fled to Cuba. An administrative government was established, while the people could be given aid and elections could be held; unanimously, the various military and political chiefs of Venezuela elected Guaidó as interim president.
The years were rough. Bolivarian factions remained active in the eastern and southern wilderness, and Caracas was trashed, meaning Maracaibo was established as the temporary capital. US and coalition forces worked arduously to combat the gangs of criminals, leftist guerrillas and small bands of pro-Maduro militants that harassed supply lines and carried out acts of terror. These groups tended to collaborate with Brazilian and Colombian drug traffickers, using such ports as Guayana City, Sucipana and the other cities on the Orinoco River to smuggle narcotics overseas; they fell under the umbrella category of "Desertores" (Deserters in Spanish). The vast humanitarian crisis that had tormented Venezuela for years easily represented the single greatest international challenge the Americas have ever witnessed to date. Some 60 countries collaborated in coordination with transnational institutions such as the Red Cross, the Peacekeeper Corps and USAID to provide relief to millions of Venezuelans.
Slowly, yet surely, the situation in Venezuela improved. By late 2021, most Desertores had been defeated and most Venezuelans had returned to their pre-Maduro state of welfare. Elections were scheduled for February 1, 2022; the results were a near-unanimous 97%-of-the-vote victory of Guaidó, who promised to return a presidential term limit, democratize the legislative system, prosecute Maduro's former collaborators and end the highly unpopular socialist policies. The transitional regime ended in March 2022 after Guaidó was sworn in as President in Caracas.
Personally, I think that the first one looks best on its on, but if all the states had flags like the second one, but with thier own seal, that would also look good
