So I got this request as well:
So I imagined that there might be a Tolstoian Christian-Anarchist revolution in the Kingdom of Serbia. It's pretty ASB, but hey, why not.
As to the flag, it's pretty self-explanatory. The revolutionaries kept the old red-blue-white color combination, but removed all royal symbols. The Serbian cross that stands for Christianity is white instead of gold to symbolize both pacifism and a clean break with the corrupt Serbian Orthodox Church to return to the purity of proto-Christianity. The plow symbolizes agriculture, self-sufficiency and vegetarianism.

I've always been partial to the so-called "Pearson Pennant", the first one in your list there. I've often use it for Alternat Canada in my ATLs since forever and it's my flair on a couple of subreddits.

This is the provincial flag of the Province of New Caledonia which joined Confederation on July 20th, 1871, along with the Province of Columbia. It consists of the provincia shield on a British Blue Ensign. The shield consists of St. Andrew's Cross for Caledonia, a.k.a. Scotland, the mountains which make up so much of its area, and the sun setting on the Pacific Ocean.

That's what I started with.
I tried some very simple shapes, like a handhoe (something like Mozambique has) and then an ard plough, but they just didn't look good. I also experimented with shields and circles to accentuate them but that didn't help either.
So I gave a more complex shape a shot and it worked better than anything I tried before.

I imagined that magic returns to our world somewhere in the middle of Russian Civil War. Faced with armies of elves pouring through portals, the Reds and the Whites form an union to keep them both from being overrun. This is still not enough to turn the tide, at least not until the Whites in the Far East discover that human magic has also been revitalized. Armed with the best magic of Mongolian shamanism and guided by the great spirit of lucky Wind Horse, the Whites achieve a string of stunning victories against the elves and soon White and Red troops meet as comrades in arms in the liberation of Yekaterinburg.
The flag of Eurasian People's Empire features a smaller red field with a yellow-fimbriated red star for the Reds and a large blue field for the Whites. Mongolian great spirit of Wind Horse, that turned the tide of the Russian War of Men and Elves is depicted in yellow, flying in the center of the blue field.

So I was working on the flag for the Province of Columbia in ATL today, but I'm feeling really "meh" about it. Below are red & blue ensign versions, I can't decide, but it's really the provincial shield that's just not doing it for me. The top of shield is the cross of St. George for England, the middle is green for the forests defaced with the seal of the province (taken from the OTL Crown Colony of Vancouver Island), and the bottom is brown for the and and two wavy blue lines for the Columbia and Frasier Rivers which a roughly the southern and northern boundaries.
I would love to hear your suggestions for some inspiration with this flag. I'm trying to do flags for all the provinces & territories of alternate Canada that are obviously their own while having some links to the symbols of OTL provinces. You can see a map that has the Province of Columbia here, though I haven't gotten far enough along in the timeline for the others (though some of them will most likely be named Athabaska, Assiniboia, Keiskatchewan, Keewatin and Ungava).

If the rivers are meant to be northern and southern boundaries, shouldn't they be flowing horizontally instead of vertically?

For a moment, I thought this was some AH flag from RWBY. 'Dust techonology' threw me off for a bit, there.
I just had that flag in my mind for a while.
But i guess so, then. Princess Celestia gets overthrown by "re-pony-cans", and one of the warlords is RD.
I'm sure many people there wish it was. Alas, it's a radioactive substance that kills everything it touches and is so easily distributed from aircraft the military had to take over all airlines, worldwide to ensure it wasn't used by terrorists.
