Massachusetts
6th state of the United States in the region known as New England and one of the central places of the American Revolution. Impossible to spell, unless you happen to be from Massachusetts. Formerly a colonial power occupying Maine.
Getting pickled historically preserved at an alarming rate, with the latest scheme being the idea of turning most of Lowell into a living museum.
Capital city is Boston.
