Gaël Germany (born February 25, 1971) is an American politician who has served as junior United States senator from New Belgium since 2010 and as U.S. representative for Ouisconsin's 4th district from 2004 to 2010. He is also a former professional footballer who plays for Neuenburg Eagles FC and a player the American national team. While he is in politics, he had fostered a relationship with the Social Democrats as a member even he left in 2014 after he departed over factional disputes between communardist faction and the combined progressives and centrist factions including president Kirsten Gillibrand that strained his relationship during the failed leadership bid.
As an advocate of social democratic, communard, and syndicalist policies, Germany known for support of syndicalist and technodemocracy. On the domestic side, he calls for constitutional reforms that implements secured e-voting, full secularism, empowering trade unions and labor rights by calling to appoint leaders and activists into politics, strict economic regulations, plebiscitarian democracy, and also advocates for the next Constitutional Convention which he outlined with the creation of three chambers comprising expert-dominated branch and A.I., pursues internationalist foreign policy by promoting the ideology and manifestos, and also ultra-secular but he praised elements of Secularity of the U.S. constitution and extreme strict protections of human and civil rights. Some commentators described his policies as aligned with the policies of Roosevelt, Suarez, Rockefeller, Hefner, and currently Gillibrand but most have described it also as 'successor to Danielan mentality' and communard populism which the Gaelism was named notable for his outlined manifestos.
Germany attended University of Chicago/Neuerstadt before graduating in 1993. While a student, he was the staunch supporter of late-president Danielan Suarez policies and successful policies which provided millions with upgraded education before entering sports career in 1993, where he became infamously popular as he finished off the battle during the historical match in FIFA World Cup in 1994 where the United States faced against the Soviet Union in the final match. After retiring in 1998 to pursue his political career, he married Miyabi Shiori of Japanese pop singer until in 2006 and successfully run as a mayor of Neuenburg which he marks his important policies that transformed the near-declining city into a popular city as it was based on his policies which he made up of experts including urban planners and architects that remarkably made his model on urban issues applied to other cities around the world. He won the election to the U.S. House of Representatives in 2004, representing Ousconsin's 4th district which includes the city itself, later co-founding Congressional Progressives and Workerist Caucus. He served as U.S. Representative for six years before elected as a senator from his home state. He was elected to the Senate and re-elected in 2016.
Germany was a major candidate for the Social Democratic leadership election in 2011 but although his expectations fell short as New Amsterdam mayor Kirsten Gillibrand sidelined and defeated him but his campaign have brought changes that slowly propelled the grassroots enthusiasm and small donors. In 2014, his controversial manifestos led to immense backlash from large sections of progressive and centrist factions within his party that Gillibrand have threatened to suspend his party's membership, in a move, he quickly left the party and joined with progressives, grassroot activists, trade unionists, communardists, and advocates to found the Workers and Socialists in May 2014. His bid to presidency have fell short also as low expectations and intense criticism from right-wing politicians including Ted Cruz, Stephen Harper, Candice Owens, Dick Cheney, and others as well as centrists from both Democratic-Republican and Social Democratic but despite that, he continues his campaign for calling to reform and hold new constitutional convention.

The colonies of Virginia is never united with Pennsylvania due to continued Dutch presence which banded with other southern colonies into loyal ones even with the aftermath of the formation of the United States that led to tensions between the both countries for the control of lands north of Ohio River where the Americans have more concerned with the growing British/English encroachment into the Great Lakes as the British had more concerned about growing population of German Laurentenlander, the Anglo-American (New Englander and Columbian), Franco-Americans, and the Amerikaner (Dutch American) attempting to encroach into native lands especially lands south to the Ohio River has led to Anglo-American Disputes of 1790 which is shortly cut-off with the independence of the Commonwealth of Virginia, leading up to the War of 1812 where planter-led republic engaged with violent conflict with the Americans until the Peace of Toledo that defines the Ohio River as border between the U.S. and Virginia.
In response to growing population of Losantiville, Covington has merged with neighboring towns including Newport to utilize industrial revolution but although the immigration started in 1843 to counteract with the growing numbers of factories in the American counterpart. Germans, Irish, and the British had settled on the opposite as it opposed to French, Dutch, Spanish, Catholic Germans, and Italians on the north.

At the end of 1950s where the country is experiencing liberalization with the city becoming main center for growing active civil rights movement and unionization movement that became much more stronger where nonwhite employees are demanding for fair wages but in the end, the corporates have acknowledge to refuse to demands issued by trade unions before things turned into ugly with ever-increasing hotbeds of violent political extremist activity where both left-wing and right-wing militants are shown up to engage with violent fights as battle for civil rights becomes turbulent until the very-violent Weeks of Lead that became a root cause for Walker-led coup d'état and his rise to power that led to ensuring decline despite his attempts to reinvigorate and diversify the city has failed.
By the dawn of the 21st century, the population slowly starts to rebound despite all main industries are slowly moving away from this place while the crime rates soars up high which led to tales of murders, massacres, robberies, and then attempted robbery inside the stores have accelerating the city losing its great importance and by 2005 the city has become more irrelevant until the 2007-2008 Industry 4.0. recession have accelerated the mass exodus, affecting most inhabitants as they are more experiencing big brunt of suffering under the hands of criminals and gangs including planned budget cuts for funding to police and fire department has caused tremendous impact that citizens are angry under reckless and incompetent mayor that almost nearly put this city on very tough times and by this point, there are stories of deadly major fires that engulf neighborhoods while a minor fire that completely puts the abandoned office building into dust.
For citizens of this city, there are grim realities that they faced: the rich and sometimes middle class who are upset over proposed budget cuts are forced to flee northward into Losantiville that became heavily guarded by border patrol or they choose to relocate to West Covington and Devou Park with gated communities and private security companies and police showing up following the 2017-2018 anarchy riots that led to sometimes, sizeable police force to restore order in an attempt to stabilize the desolated and hopeless city while the lower class and other middle class have faced the big brunt at the hands of criminals including gangs and drug cartel where they are experiencing horrifying stories of how their neighbors went missing or killed or telling about how the luxurious things or vehicles stolen by thugs, it is very hard for them to live in this city where there are no police force to control order, that they formed its own citizens defense force and community groups in another time to fight back.
Will this city's rising crime have forced Manchin or new president of Virginia to deal with this?

By April of 1914, a great powers of Europe and Asia were divided: The Fifth Power Alliance, consisting Germany, Austria-Hungary, Ottoman Empire, Ning's China, and the Andean Confederation. China also sends ultimatum to Russia, demanding withdrawal of troops and drop the support for the independence of Uyghurs and Mongolians while China is also demanded Japan to back down and give power to Prince Ui in Korea. When both Russia and Japan failed to comply, China officially declares war on both on 20 May while the Ottomans, Austro-Hungarians, and the Germans are rallying in support of China; the latter following suit on 25 May when French starts to mobilisation in support of Russia and Japan while also on 30 May, the Andean Confederation mobilises to honor the alliance with the Fifth Power Alliance.
As the war spreads, Germany is initiating strategy for war on two fronts against France and Russia was to rapidly concentrate the bulk of its army in the West to defeat France within 6 weeks, then shifting its forces to the East before Russia could formally mobilise, same as China as the Chinese forces under the bulk of seven million to be concentrated in an effort to force Russia to accept the defeat. Second International War was a significant turning point in the political, economic, cultural, and social climate of the planet. The war and its aftermath has led to Great Crisis of 1916-1924. Defeated powers imposed with status quo with smaller but medium territorial and colonial gains plus with light to medium restrictions placed and the Treaty of Osaka has led to compromise but Allied powers have retained its possessions in China and recognized Sunjong as Emperor of Korea but the Russians have also demanded the independence until a pragmatic compromise terms. As a result of war, the Russian Empires has been ceased to exist, creating new states created from their remains while China has been downsizing its territories and a third international war just followed twenty years later.

I am officially retiring this timeline worldbuilding project due to uncertainties as well as politically-charged thread due to heavy influences that I took including the liberal feminism and all ideas that are too desensitized for me and all issues that framed in this TL are too political. I'm slowly losing my interest in this TL in between late 2020 and early 2021 because of the unknown reason that I'm focusing on other things like writing the thread and in real life, focusing on my family including going out when there's no doubling or alarming cases and my writing passion that I am distracting myself from focusing on posting anything, even threadmarked on this TL.
But I'm very sorry to all of you that I hope that everyone can enjoy as long as I'm going to end this TL worldbuilding project for good.
