In 1913 Hitler,Trotsky and Stalin were in Vienna. They visited the same cafe. What if Lenin and Mussolini also went there while got blown up a revolutionary ? I guess the October revolution fails. So Russia remains in WW1 preventing the Spring Offensive. No CCP either. While communism remains a fringe ideology. Hitler isn't there to bring Nazi Party to power. So no WWII. Mussolini isn't there to bring Fascism to power. So it remains a fringe ideology.

My guess is that it probably heads off a major war in Europe in the 1930s or early 40s, but the chances of some sort of conflict given the border issues go up considerably as you get into the mid 1940s and the Great War fades into the distance. Germany and Italy are still at risk of falling into authoritarianism given the weakness of democratic institutions and the impact of the Great Depression. There might not be a USSR per se without Lenin's hardline attitude, which is doubtless all to the good.
On that note, a socialist Russia run by a broad popular front of the Bolsheviks, the Left SRs, and the Menshevik-Internationalists as opposed to a Bolshevik "vanguard party" has a lot of AH potential.
