Depends what you mean by "socialist". There's not exactly unity with symbolism except the colour red. Itself not purely socialist in origin.
Because in this TL communism(or its milder version: syndacalism) never developes the panoplia of simbols and iconography of our TL.
May be hamme and sickle could be more common, but its not standard and is associated with failed russian revolution.

Red is perhaps the most common things communist states have in "La Triplice", but the flag show more a nationalist feel than a international one.

But they'd still use native symbolism.
Here's a version of your striped flag with a sunburst:

So, I think it goes without saying that the majority of the flag for the U.S. states are, not good, and unfortunately my home state of Michigan is no exception.
Which is why I present this;

Symbolism time!
The green triangle represents the lush forests of the upper peninsula, the yellow triangle represents the swaths of farmland which make up the lower peninsula, and both states are further represented by one of the two large stars.
The blue stripe running down the middle is for the straight of Mackinac which separates the two, and in this stripe are four stars, one for each great lake Michigan has a coastline on.

God I wish Nebraska had a better flag, it's so depressing

Seeing all those alternate colonies with the british Union Jack in the corner kinda inspired the following.

An ASB scenario. Asia enters an age of exploration and colonization as opposed to the inward facing and stagnant Europe. These flags are from this ATL's 1900

Japan, a bit late to the colonization game, instead turned its attention to establishing spheres of influence on a cold, wet island west of the mainland; a place the inhabitants called England. By the late 1800s, the entirety of England was under Japanese influence, the local barons carrying out the orders of the Governor General.

Qing China would in turn establish dominance over Scotland.

The Kingdom of Joseon also managed to carve out a holding in the region of Cornwall. Joseon once held parts of Ireland, but lost them to China.

There was a published alternate history story where the HRE survived as a backwater being carved up by Asian countries and Japan has forced England into an alliance but for the life of me I can't remember the name. Somebody made a really neat map on DeviantArt and I haven't been able to find it again.

Part of the same Timeline as the first three flags above.

The first of the Asian powers to take advantage of a weak Europe, as well as the holder of the largest colonial empire in 1900, the Mughal Empire brutally subdued the Holy Roman Empire in the early 16th century, turning the vast collection of kingdoms, principalities, archbishoprics, duchies, and electorates into a vassal state. In the 1890s, the HRE launched a massive revolt that came to be known as the Kalaripayattu Rebellion (an analog of the Boxer Rebellion), only to be crushed by the various colonial powers in 1901.

In addition to turning the HRE into a vassal, the Mughals split off the Italian peninsula into its a separate entity with its capital located in Florence.

If you want an Irish socialist symbol the most prominent is probably the starry plough associated with the Irish Citizens Army in 1916, the modern version could fit nicely into any design.

Quite Interesting, i'll think i'll try to have a flag with that.

I made an alternate flag for Andorra, since the current one is a bit too Romanian and hard to draw. The blue Cross of Burgundy represents Spain's role in the nation's history and the Pyrenees mountains, the two fleur de lis represent the French role and the two leaders of Andorra, and the red and yellow stripes represent Catalonia and the Catalan language.
