Prime Minister Kamehameha was to meet with the Russians in Helsinki. He had left Vienna after a lengthy talk with the Austrian Emperor. He had called General Roosevelt and Asked for Brigadier La Pietra to meet him in Helsinki with the Group. He had spoken with his brother and was asking for Hawaiian Military aides to be sent to Helsinki.
Brigadier La Pietra arrived in Helsinki and was Rushed to the rather large Hawaiian Embassy. Prime Minister Kamehameha was en-route to Finland viva a Royal Hawaiian Navy Airship. He had Left Vienna and was traveling over Germany to Sweden and then to Finland to stay out of hostile air space.

George then spoke to the Russian Foreign Minister and announced that talks were suspended. He left for Hawaii. Brigadier La Pietra would remain behind at the Hawaiian Embassy for another week and then would return to Hawaii to finish reports.
The Prime Minister returned to Hawaii and proceeded to schedule meeting with the Royal Hawaiian Intelligence Agency, Commissioner of the Royal Hawaiian Constabulary, Director of the Royal Hawaiian Secret Service and his National Security Advisor.
He also had meetings with the British, Canadian, American, Australian, New Zealand, Empire of the Rising Sun Ambassadors. He sent Brigadier La Pietra to Brazil to Brief the Brazilian Government and Brigadier General Theodore Roosevelt to the US to brief the President.
Hawaii was now moving to a higher alert status. Admiral William Kamehameha II was called to the Prime Ministers office and ordered to put the military on an alert status Limited reserves were activated.

The Prime Minister Addressed a special session of the House. "Members of the house as you may have heard I attempted to avert a war in Europe. Unfortunately while we had some success it failed with regards to the Ukraine. Right now there is fighting taking place in Eastern Europe. I have decided that I will follow the actions that My father took while he was Prime Minister. To that end the Royal Hawaii Constabulary has been placed on alert to avoid any attacks on the homeland. The Royal Hawaiian Army and Navy has been
placed on an alert status to protect shipping to and from this nation. Do I expect attacks on this nation no but it is best to be prepared for the worst just in case . Our country sells and provides Oil to nations that are at war so who knows what might happen.

Admiral William Kamehameha II met with both the Americans and the Brazilians Naval Personnel in his conference room. He explained the purpose in co-coordinating units of the three countries navies in providing security. The Admiral then met personally with the senior officer in the Brazilian Navy and with with American Representative separately.
The Admiral explained that his mission was to insure that the safety of the three countries Merchant marine was insured. He then provided an intelligence report for the officer to read regarding Russian submarine operations and sabotage against shipping to and from friendly ports.

The Royal Hawaiian Army and strengthen its security patrols on the America Canal. A Us Destroyer intercepted a suspicious ships in the Caribbean Sea. A boarding party was put aboard and the ship was seized. Aboard was explosives HAWAIIAN Intelligence warned the Government of Neuva Granada of a threat to the Panama Canal
Prime Minister George Kamehameha speaking on a phone that scrambled the signal ordered the talks with Russia suspended and from now on the Mission would be intelligence gathering. Hawaii shipped arms to the Finns for its army. A apecial High Altitute Recon Mission would be carried out over Russia using the new Kodak k1000 Camera aboard the Airship.
Prime Minister Kamehameha won the Noble Peace Prize for his efforts in Europe and the Far East to prevent a war. He also announced in 1923 that he would run for anther term as Prime Minister of Hawaii. He flew to the US for a farewell meeting with President Pershing. The President would not seek another term and was thinking of retiring thus making Vice President Calvin Coolidge the next President. George met with both men and invited both to visit Hawaii.
George had spoken with the Austrian Emperor about the war. He was not happy that it had broken out and that lives were being lost. He spoke next with the British about applying pressure to the Chinese to stop the sale of resources to Russia through them. The Hawaiian Ambassador to China informed the Chinese Government that sale of certain items would be limited do to reports of sale to Russia. The Empire of the Rising Sun had also limited sales to Russia
