Parliamentary Revolution Bill of 2009
Overview
In the aftermath of the failed April 21 coup against His Administratorness' Government by members of the AH.com People's Funny Hat Revolution, 09camaro of the Evil Party submitted a set of bills with the goal of addressing the issues that led to the rebellion in the first place. This bill was part of that set and would provide some guidelines for any future groups that wish to rebel against the government.

WHEREAS the Parliament of AH.com has become entangled within several revolts during this administration;
BE IT ENACTED by Act of the Parliament of Alternatehistory.com,
ARTICLE I
Section 1, Actions for Those Who Incite Rebellion: All persons from here out will state the reasoning for their rebellion.
