did you ever manage to retrieve those other wikiboxes that you where working on before?
I was working on news articles actually and its as simple as clicking on a link to lose progress on that. I assume you're talking about the Australiasia wikibox in that case I haven't made much progress. My main issue is probably the Wikipedia style map.

Walter Mondale,Hubert Humprey,Nelson Rockerfeller, Dick Cheney, Sarah Palin, Herbert Hoover, Patty Murray, Bernie Sanders (yes he was born in Brooklyn but he moved to Toronto and later Bangor). Quite Recently an OTL US Senator, John Hoeven was Prime Minister. The population of Canada is around 50 million with all that new American Terriotry with a bonus of Greenland. I will definetly dive much deeper into Canada later but for now im currently on holiday in the Australasian Terriotory of Raratonga so I cant exactly do any updates soon but im fine awnsering questions!

Marco Rubio,Ted Cruz and Bernie Sanders
While I figure out what the heck I'm going to do with California Here are a few Infoboxes on 2016 Presidential Candidates

Marco Rubio is a Floridian politician from the National People's Congress who serves as the Member for Cerro, Havana and serves as the Shadow Minister for Climate Change and The Environment. Rubio grew up in Havana and later served as a city councillor for Havana. Rubio ran for the Cerro Assembly Seat in the 2009 election and winning the Relatively conservative district. But the NPC that year would be defeated by the Popular Ferre government. But come to the 2013 election a strong showing by the NPC would put Rubio in Government with a Cabinet position. As minister, he took part in the 2015 Danzig Climate Summit with President Jose Bonner and helped commit Florida to cut carbon emissions. Rubio, however, faltered presiding over cleanup from Hurricane Matthew which played a part in the NPC losing the 2017 election. He still serves as Shadow Minister and is seen as a rising star in Floridian Politics.

Ted Cruz is a Canadian MP representing the riding of Calgary Heritage. He was Born and Grew up in Calgary and met the Future Calgary councillor Diane Colley-Urquhart and married her in 2001. He became the Conservative Nominee for Calgary Heritage in 2015 and won the seat by a wide margin. He is a Backbench MP in the Conservative party and along with the rest of the party, MPs are hoping to ride the Instability of the NDP-Liberal government to victory in 2019.

Bernie Sanders is a Canadian MP representing the riding of Greater Bangor and holds the Ministerial Position of Infrastructure and Communities and Public Services, Procurement and Accessibility. Sanders was born in Brooklyn and took his education in Chicago. He then moved to Toronto but engaged in activism across Canada and the USA where he met His Wife Jane. They would later move to Bangor in the province of Acadia where Sanders would win the Greater Bangor seat off the Liberals. Sanders was a loud backbencher in his early days with the NDP leadership never letting him into the spotlight. Sanders came close to losing his seat in the 1997 and 2000 elections which saw strong Liberal wins. but come the 2004 election Sanders has secured the riding as his stronghold. Sanders made a voice for himself as a supporter of Democratic Socialist ideas. Yet his ambition to rise higher in the NDP was struck down again and again. Running against Jack Layton for the NDP leadership in 2003 and narrowly losing put him in the national eye. But Layton was increasing the chances of the NDP being a driving force in Canadian politics. Until 2011 when the NDP in the Chaos of the Conservative government won a majority in parliament putting Sanders into two ministerial positions at the request of Layton. Although Layton would die just Months after the election Sanders proved himself to be a successful and popular minister. Sanders would run in the 2011 NDP leadership election but would later Drop out and endorse Kate Brown of Oregon.

2018 Rhodesia Election
Because of the recent election in Zimbabwe it just so happens Rhodesia has also had an election recently. Shall we have a look?

The 2018 Rhodesia Election was held on the 30th of July to elect 445 members to the Rhodesian Assembly. The previous election in 2013 saw President Morgan Tsvangirai of the United National Development Party Reelected with a Majority of 42. The Incumbent government was welcomed to the international community with the Government promising increased trade into the international community. The government promised to lower small business tax and raise Higher income tax. The Centre Party elected the previous vice leader Inonge Wina as leader.

The Term was also marked by social changes. With same-sex marriage going to a vote in the assembly and narrowly becoming legal Rhodesia became the third country in Africa to legalise same-sex marriage along with Ghana and South Africa. The Government achieved a GDP growth of on average 2.8% annually cementing Rhodesia as an emerging economic power. Issues would strike the government in early 2018 just before the election when President Tsvangirai died of colon cancer leaving the Presidential position to Vice President Guy Scott who would lead the party into the election. Scott represented the minority Europen population of Rhodesia which makes up about 33% of the population. Scott was a notable white activist against the Minority government in the colonial period.

With the loss of the moderately popular President, the UNDP and the Centre Party were in close contention for winning. There were two TV debates with Scott and Wina which gave the Centre party a small edge over the UNDP. The Centre party offered a more radical pro-business conservative platform. The Centre Party also offered Farmer Subsidies which helped with rural white farmer support. While concerns grew over the UNDP vague policy except championing the Previous Governments.

On election night the Centre Party would prove victorious by a large majority of 31. The Far-Left New Economic Front picked up a handful of seats off the UNDP. Inonge Wina was named President-Elect on Election Night. On her election night victory speech, she declared "This is a new Era for Rhodesia. A new era for The Economy, For Women, For Business, tonight our country has chose a new beginning." Her inauguration is scheduled for the 30th of August.

Rhodesia 2018 Election.png

The Estimated 2016 population of Rhodesia is 31,429,312
Robert Mugabe was a communist leader in the Rhodesian civil war which lasted from 1964 to 1984. He died in combat in 1983
As mentioned the White population of Rhodesia is Approx 33% of the population due to more European influence during the civil war. The minority government system was ended during the civil war in 1980.

Interesting to see Bernie and Ted as Canadians. For Ted Cruz he wouldn't be designated as "The Right Honourable" as he isn't Prime Minister (He wouldn't even get a title). If Cruz rises in the ranks of the Tories he most likely would have a shadow cabinet position. For Bernie he would simply be styled as "The Honourable" and would be sworn into the Privy Council so the designation "PC" would be placed beside "MP" Other than that it looks good!

Sorry I didn't realise but thank you ill change it.

As a reminder the UK general election is coming up on the 14th so how about a quick check in with the polls?
Conservatives,Lead by Priti Patel
41%

Liberals,Lead by PM Nick Clegg
29%

Labour,Lead by Andy Burnham
20%

Minor parties may include the SNP,PC,Greens or National Unionist party

So far the Campaign has gone as badly for the Liberals as could be with the Prime Minister fighting for political relevance against the popular Priti Patel offering a softer side of the Conservative party. Though politically she resembles the former conservative leader Margaret Thatcher she has been vocal in supporting immigrant releif efforts across Saharan Africa and Southern India. Another pain in the side of the Liberals is the Rising Labour party. Although Labour has been the Third party ever since the downfall of the Attlee government it has seen its numbers come close to the Liberals. So far it seems the Conservatives are heading for an over 50 seat Majority in the House of commons and speculation is already rising over who will pick up the mess of the Liberal party.

So are the Liberals the main opposition instead of Labour?

What is the alignment exactly, guessing Tory's are right wing (or centre-right), so the Liberals are centrists and Labour a left-wing or centre-left wing party?

Labour is alot like the pre-blair Labour party and the Liberals are Centre to Centre Left. The Conservative party is Centre-Right still although recently they have had some Right-Wing leaders who have put that in doubt.

United Kingdom 2018 Election
The 2018 United Kingdom General Election was held on the 14th of August to elect members to the house of commons

The Election was called 2 Years ahead of schedule after a motion of no confidence brought down the Incumbent Liberal government. The campaign was successful for the Conservatives who had recently rebranded under leader Priti Patel, A woman who channelled the political positions of former PM Margaret Thatcher into a likeable moderate and compassionate leader. There were two leadership debates between Clegg and Patel and a Minor party debate between the likes of Labour, The SNP, PC, Greens and the National Unionist party. The debates saw a strong performance from the Conservatives and Labour who after the debates saw their share in the polls surge up to 23% precent threatening to replace the Liberals as the second party.

Running up to polling day it was widely accepted that the Prime Minister would not keep his job and was in fact in danger of losing his seat of Sheffield Hallam.

When election night came the Exit polls of ITV and BBC agreed, The Conservatives were heading for a large Majority. The first result came from Hougton and Sunderland South which was a Labour retain by a larger majority than 2015. Results started to take a toll on the Liberals though after the Conservatives quickly took the lead in seats. At 4 am the result was clear, The conservatives had won big time and even worse shortly after that, the Prime Minister lost his seat to Labour's Jared O'Mara. The Prime Minister later resigned as Liberal leader.

Priti Patel was offered to form a government on the 16th of August while a Liberal leadership election was silently brewing in the background. Some predicted candidates for the election is Yvette Cooper although losing her seat to Labour, The Former Foreign Minister Jo Swinson is also expected to run but the only declared candidate is MP Rachel Johnson of Kensington who is a former Conservative member as she is the sister of Conservative MP Boris Johnson.
