So, in this TL the maple leaf flag was adopted 60 years earlier than in OTL? And with the same incorrect number of points, too.Across the Chutes Saint-Antoine from the city of the same name, an English-Canadian city named Albion(OTL Minneapolis), was later founded after word came out of the French-Canadian hub's natural success. Though, due to the west bank's flatter geography and aesthetically-pleasing lakes, Albion quickly surpassed Chutes Saint-Antoine in population and gained the interest of multiple lakeside resorts.
The image below depicts one such lakeside resort on Lake Mendoza(OTL Bde Maka Ska) during its peak success on a typical early 1900s Summer day.

Though the problem with the number of points appears to be due to a mixture of waves of the flag and it's distance obscuring the detail. So, in this TL the maple leaf flag was adopted 60 years earlier than in OTL? And with the same incorrect number of points, too.
After reading up on the history of Virginia and the meaning of its flags, I've remade this ATL sketch with a more accurate flag. Here is ATL sketch of the Second Middle Passage except instead of US Upland Southerners moving their slaves to the Deep South, it is a huge wave of immigrants from the independent Commonwealth of Virginia migrating with their slaves to buy land in the Deep South of the Carolina Confederacy(OTL both Carolinas, Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, and Mississipi).
