His presidency had been a good one; universal healthcare had been fully implemented, U.S. troops were finally pulled out of Sudan after ten years, he oversaw the stabilisation of the Republics of South Sudan and Darfur, and the economy was booming.

But on December 20, 2015 President Williams received terrible news, his old friend and fellow comedian Donald John “The Donald” Trump had checked into rehab for his fifth and final time for heroin addiction – the president and the administration offered their condolences to the Trump family. Recently, President Williams has announced that he will not seek re-election.

Here's two border crossing photo from an ATL where the United States falls to successfully transition from the Articles of Confederation to a Constitution and simply disintegrate into multiple smaller confederacies
First, is a border crossing from the Connecticutian southern tip of the New England(one confederacy) towards the urban center of New York City, the largest city in New York(another confederacy). Due to the region-wide economic importance of New York City, this particular crossing is swarmed by sometimes 1000s of cars 24/7 each way. The photographer is one New England local making his way towards entering the "Empire State".
Second, is a border crossing dividing the twin cities of Bristol, Tennessee, and Bristol, Virginia as, ITTL, they were divided centuries ago between Carolina and Virginia(two confederacies). The photographer is making his trip from the Carolinian state of Tennessee to Virginia while a Virginian driver in front of him returns to their home country after a visit to Carolina.

Here is ATL sketch of the Second Middle Passage except instead of US Upland Southerners moving their slaves to the Deep South, it is a huge wave of immigrants from the independent Commonwealth of Virginia migrating with their slaves to buy land in the Deep South of the Carolina Confederacy(OTL both Carolinas, Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, and Mississipi).

After a hiatus following the loss of HMA No. 1r 'Hermione', dubbed 'Mayfly' by the lower deck as it lived but a day, HMA No. 9r was complete in 1915 followed in 1916 by HMA No. 14r and 15r. Together with 2 French Astra non rigids (HMA No. 8, 10), the German built Parseval (HMA 4,5,6 and 7) and the Italian built Forlanini (HMA 11,12 and 13) provided valuable experience in handling and countering airships. A great deal of attention has been paid to destroying enemy airships, incendiary bullets being illegal, larger airborne cannon are seen as the answer. Further ships were built but at a slow rate that was limited by construction facilities however they did spur engine development and Rolls-Royce's entry to the aero engine market. The next class of rigid airships were the 4 HMA No. 23r (23r, 24r, 25r, 26r) in 1917. These ships were built by Vickers and designed by a very talented young engineer named Barnes Wallis. They are almost as large as the German R Class but with a low drag hull shape. By international agreement, Airships are prominently marked. A RNAS force of 20 rigid airships is planned.
