I could see a right-wing junta lusting after the Sudentland and Danzig/Silesia, but would they be willing take the risks and go for those regions? My understanding is that many in Hitler's regime thought his efforts were too risky.

I agree with Iori that a major stumbling block is opposition from Hungary, whose people were never entirely thrilled with the idea of Austria-Hungary in the first place. I could potentially see a "union of crowns" situation covering Austria and Hungary, but I can't imagine any of the other...

My best guess would be religious violence in neighboring countries leads to a large influx of Christians. IRL, large numbers of Christians fled from Iraq to Syria and other nearby countries following the violence in post-invasion Iraq.
