Added Moldova as 'visited' for @Zagan (now only Bosnia is standing out in Europe)
Added mainland Italy as 'lived in', as I know at least one Italian who member is from the mainland.
Changed North Korea back to not visited.

I lived in the South for two years. Took a trip to Panmunjeom and got to hang out on the Northern side of the border for a bit and take pictures.
