I don't know where I got that borders but I ridiculously overextended the borders of the Prince-Bishopric of Trento, I reupload the last map, I hope it looks better now@Gutabloth - what source were you using for the border between Austria, Salzburg and Trento? Because I have never seen anything that depicts that before.
Um...apparently Timor has disappeared.

OP seems to reference John Rowes, who studied the Incan Empire. I'm not sure where he's exactly getting the other subdivisions but this is Rowes' map:Found this map on r/MapPorn, which claims to depict the suyu and (more importantly) wamani (second-level admin divisions/governates) of the Inca Empire. It's almost certainly not actually accurate, as no complete records of the wamani exist (afaik), but hey if anyone wants to give QBAMifying it a shot, I still think it could be useful if there are no other sources.

Can someone tell me where these Egypt subdivisions are coming from? They are from @Crazy Boris 1950 map.

I've scoured the internet for a bit now and I can find any reference to these governances borders, The border department's borders seem to be extremely vague and I have no clue what these upper Nile subdivisions are? And are the lower Nile subdivisions are the same as the modern one? It says the Western governance within the border department owns Madinet Borg Al Arab, which is currently in the Alexandria governance on this map.
Most maps of British Egypt have subdivisions running along parallels, such as this one.
Not claiming that the Kingdom of Egypt kept these divisions, but when was the change? And what is the reference for the map above, because it does seem to be relating to these later divisions, at least for lower Egypt.
Hmm, I searched through DR and found nothing regarding Egypt's subdivisions in the 20th century.I can’t remember exactly where I found the data for these, since I made that map a fairly long time ago. I think I might have used a page on Arabic Wikipedia, and/or something from the David Rumsey collection. I do clearly remember something specifying the eastern desert, western desert, and Sinai having a different status than the other divisions.
Amazing maps, as always @Crazy Boris! I’m curious; what source did you use to trace Thailand’s internal borders? I’d love to take a gander at it! Thanks.

now this might be a very late request, but what was the source for thailand's internal divisions?
The internal borders of the UK are anachronistic, BTW.
EDIT: Also, I'm pretty sure that the internal borders for Italy are also anachronistic.
