I'm really sorry, that's actually terrible. Did you have any progress photos saved? I always save my maps on Imgur, so if you have any images you could always make a new file using that as something of a basemap.

It should be the characters on the map itself. If you want to go all the way, then it should probably include the explanation too, as in both the map and the explanation need to add up to 140 characters.
