Fascist China?

POD 1978ish
Mao is gone, Xiaoping consolidates PRC power,
most of his reforms carry out as per usual, however I predict there would be more state supervision of the private sector.
Because of Mao's actions such as the cultural revolution, Xiaoping can over the course of a decade plant seeds for Chinese nationalism? however this nationalism manages to encompass the people of Xinjang and Tibet?

What would happen to Taiwan?

Would there still be a Tienanmen square?

What would be different about China's Mixed Market Policy (OTL) and this China's Fascist Policy?
(Would this lead to greater economic growth over time?)

Xiaoping doesn't need to rapidly change China fascist, it can happen over time, much like his push to the mixed market.
