Kaiserreich: Legacy of the Weltkrieg

Yeah, but the AI can’t move fast enough to actually win before either the Carlists or the Anarchists(the two most likely third and forth sides) rise up, so it’s usually a four way war anyway.
On the historical path, Franco can negate a Carlist uprising by reaching a specific focus, which makes it comparatively less likely.

Spriiiing time for Savinkov and Russiaaaaa~

yes it's spring time!

Winter for Germany and Fraaaance!

SPRING TIME FOR SAVINKOV AND RUSSIA!

Come on, Russians,

Go into, your DANCE!

"The Vozhd is coming!"

"The Vozhd is coming!"

"The Vozhd is coming!"

"Ave Savinkov!"

"Ave Savinkov!"

"Ave Savinkov!"

*crescendo*

"Ave, myself, ave to me,
I'm the Russian, pushing down your history!
Ave myself, join the band,
There's no greater Vozhad to be had!
Everything I do I do I do for you!
If your looking for a war here's Weltkrieg 2!
Ave myself, raise a flag!
(Da!)
Every Russian, drink some gushing vodka now!"

I just remember the Spanish Civil War sim game on Something Awful from 2012 that ended up like this:

LwzOZ7a.gif

Blue: Consejo Provisional de Liderazgo (Provisional Leadership Council: Nationalists, Carlists, Alfonsines)
Red: República Española (Spanish Republic)
Grey: Tecnocracia Futuristica de España (Futuristic Technocracy of Spain: Technocrats, later the Falangists)
Orange: Territoris Sobirans de Catalunya (Sovereign Catalan Territories: CNT-FAI)

Calling Comrade @Worffan101 , repeat, Calling Comrade Worffan101

The same guy who made the video above also made a video about comrade Mosley, take a look:

And yes, it happens exactly what do you expect.

I bought HoI4 last week and obviously downloaded Kaiserreich immediately since I played the DH version extensively years ago (probably almost 10 years by now) and then followed the development of HoI4 version pretty closely even if I didn't own the game itself.

I started with pretty chill Michael Collins run which I still have to finish and I already prepared a list of first twelve countries I wasn't to play.

That being said I believe that it is important not to have too much of the same thing at a time (even if it's good) so I would like to ask for some recommendations for other mods with a lot of content (preferably including well though out national focus trees and events) that are already out and playable (so no TNO or TWR).

Old World Blues is good fun. Had it been updated, I would have said Red World. I might get some flak for this, but Equestria at War is actually really really good, and I suggest you at least try it. Theres something there for everyone.
Why? EaW is really good, and that seems to be consensus even amongst players who don't usually like ponies.

I have no love for ponies, EaW is probably the most fleshed out HoI4 mod of them all as far as mechanics are concerned. If Paradox had any sense, they'd be headhunting that mod-team to help work on either expansions to 4 or for 5.

I wasn't terribly worried about it, but I suppose I've gotten more used to the more freeform environment of Discord as opposed to the regulated forum.

EaW is very, very good on a technical level, just be warned that there is a very strong pro-communist bent in the mod. To the point where the in-game expy of INGSOC from 1984, which was a critique of totalitarian socialism, is labeled fascist in the games ideology chart.

Similarly, the in-game expys of both the early bolsheviks and the later Stalinist era are portrayed significantly more positively than either the HRE expy or the Reagan expy.

Very technically polished and structurally sound if you can ignore that, though.

As for other recommendations, I've always liked Fuhrerreich, Road to 56 is good if you want a much broader vanilla experience, most of the other overhauls are in varying stages of completion, but some of them can have their charms.
