An unforturnate case of urban renewal gone wrong.

Undersood. I just the total razing and destruction. Sorry if my quip went too far.
Google it, and the Wikipedia article reveals that the cause of the Nuclear War came ridiculously close to actually happening in 1983, i.e. the Petrov incident.
Cool posts Mojojojo and this was one of my favorites.
Even with the desolation man and his best friends still find a moment to have fun with one another.
As far as one can tell in the internet age it seems to be genuine.
For the location, dunno (the snow is not much of an indicator, as both World Wars had very harsh winters anyways)
