The northern region of Europe. Divided into the states of Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland and Iceland. Although not everyone agrees whether Finland and/or Iceland should be included.
United Scandinavia is often found in ATLs. Many consider a continuing Union of Kalmar as an AH cliché, while an enlarged Sweden usualy slips under the radar. OTOH quite a few consider OTL Scandinavia to be “balkanised” and looks to the Union of Kalmar as a highly plausible ATL.
