I think if you replaced "Destiny" with "Dest'ny" and used "To New Canaan..." it would preserve the meter. To preserve the rhyme it would probably be something like "To New Canaan, always stayin'" or something like that 🤔
Maybe "to New Canaan, cuz time's a waistin'?"
IDK, no god with music lol.

What's going on here? Is this some kind of Mengele esque science project gone horribly right or horribly wrong?
HP Lovecraft allusion with the "Fish people"?

There has been a dearth of Madnessverse space race stuff to be honest

Some ideas:
- No Project SUNTAN to get hydrogen/liquid oxygen working
- Liquid fluorine / hydrazine propellant combinations to the rescue!
- Chlorine trifluoride / diborane high specific impulse storable propellants (ClF3 is one of the most powerful oxidizers known to man, and can set fire to ash, glass and asbestos).
- Lenticular reusable spacecraft (flying saucers)

(astronautix, Apollo Lenticular)
- Horrific accidents
- Nukin' the moon (Project A119)
- Direct ascent moon landing with a Nova rocket

M-1 engine
- Solid rocket boosters, solid rocket boosters!!!!!!!
Jack Parsons (look him up)
- HARNESSING THE POWER OF THE ATOM
- Fully reusable winged launch vehicles, of course

"Black Orchestra?"

Ermahgerd, is that an epic Wagner Group reference???
Almost certainly.
It's also possible that other private military contracts like Blackwater and Dyncorp (especially with Blackwater's other problems) have an edgier version too in "Black Orchestra".

It is indeed, as well as Blackwater. There is a Wagner Group fight song called "Somewhere the coin rings." Black Orchestra will get a lore chapter soon.
That remember me to rap Wagner Group song Crossbow and summer.

Anyway, I see the mercenaries going to Britannia acting like Stalkers...
Monolith... It gonna be called Camelot or Avalon.
