The New Order: Last Days of Europe Thread II

Man, just now I noticed, there ain't trotskyists in TNO, that is a disgrace!
On that note, Trotsky should get the same treatment Stalin got in the Tyumen rework in how it is reworking his lore so he made it to the 1950s (and founding the WSPR before his death) instead of his OG lore about his death in an "industrial accident".

Yeah. Currently the only time he's mentioned is in a Tukachevsky event where he reads Trotsky and claim that his works suck.

TNO really should take care with Trotskyism, however, because I only saw that ideology twice in hoi4 mods (Home of the Brave Jay Lovestone and red flood) and Trotskyists dislike his portrayal in red flood a lot.

Honestly he is pretty superfluous as any non exiled version of him has to deal with the inconvenient problem of him being Stalin but complaining that he wasn't the one to lead the dictatorship and very likely make the same "hard decisions" for the "dumb" masses.
Honestly he works better as one of the million flavors of Left-Comm.

When we think about how Nagano’s action in Guangdong be carried out even in Takagi is PM in Tokyo.. by the same logic, it would be possible to rework Huttig to be more Nagano-esque figure: where he creates the Reichstaat out of Germania’s order rather than act of rebellion.

Especially with how the reworks are having the Deutsche-SS remain part of the Reich under Bormann and Speer.

By "Brazilian TNO fans", do you mean specifically yourself?
Nah, a large part of the community. You can see that "should Brazil join the OFN" discussions always end with Americans telling Brazilians that they should join.

Basically Brazilians prefer Brazil either to be neutral, or to try to make its own diplomatic block.

So, this is going to sound weird and I admit very cursed but has there been any paths where Japan can ''integrate'' Azad Hind and China into each other to a extent?

By that Azad Hind is many way's one of Japan's closest allies and very important member in keeping their flank on China sealed off but it suffers from the issue of facing a much larger enemy the Republic of India who will get support from Japan's many enemies.

However there very much is a way vastly increase the amount of material Japan could send to their loyal satellite, the Burma road helped provide a lot of weapons and supplies to Chinese rebels however that become a thing that only lasted for a couple of years.

By contrast Azad hind and Japan have had decades to work on and expand the road into something far grander, Burma was officially apart of Colonial India until 1937 and had a large population of Indians until program endangered them, here with Azad hind Japan as colonial overlord has far greater incentive to favor the Indians both as a loyal group to act against any other ethnic group opposing them in Burma but maintain good relations with Azad Hind, likewise Azad Hind has every incentive for a quiet border in which Japanese support can flow through.

Likewise given the likely population explosion Azad Hind would go through, inability to expand into India given the resistance and a patron who's struggling to keep the area under control Azad Hind could be ''deputized'' to start playing a wider role in the area and settling a loyal population into not only Burma but Yunnan would very much increase Japan's grip over the frontier of China.

A silly idea, what would have to happen to get the borders of TNO 1962 without German Nazis, Italian Fascists and Japanese Militarists?
I dont think literally anyone except the nazis would have ever been insane enough to create the kinds of borders we see in Eastern Europe at the start
