I expect this has been done before, but here's Germany's approximate war aims in WW1. I'm not sure about the eastern borders, so advice is welcome.
Dark Green - Germany
Bright Green - under German occupation
Brown - puppet government
Medium Green - vassal states
Grey - probable economic union

In 1958 the Arab Federation was formed by Jordan and the Kingdom of Iraq but was dissolved six months later due to the end of the Iraqi monarchy. If it would have lasted, there were proposals to also include Kuwait into the federation.
I've made this worlda patch. Iraqi and Jordanian territories in 1958, plus Kuwait and both the Saudi-Kuwaiti as well as the Saudi-Iraqi neutral zone, with the latter three shown darker to indicate that they weren't actually part of the federation.

A French proposal to divide Germany in to a (mostly Catholic) Rhenish Federation, a (mostly Protestant) Central German Federation and ostelbian Prussia. Belgium is united with France, and I am not sure if Russia has annexed Sweden.
