Jane Seymour does not die in childbirth

For a king's daughter, that is far too lowly.
Not really, specially considering who neither Mary or Elizabeth was seen as legitimate at this point.
Henry only married Englishwomen after no foreign princess wanted him...
Absolutely untrue, excluding Catherine Parr. The truth is who Henry married whatever lady he wanted with the exception of Anne of Cleves, who was his only political match.

Not for a bastard, which Henry and Edward both consider Mary. Katherine Plantagenet married the Earl of Pembroke while Richard III was King. Edward IV's bastard Elizabeth married the Baron Lumley's son. And don't forget Anne of York and Katherine of York were Lady Howard and Countess of Devon respectively. There would be absolutely b nothing wrong with Mary/Elizabeth marrying a Baron/Earl, especially not with their legitimacy in question.

For Elizabeth, who doesn't have foreign backing, maybe. Charles would raise a fuss if Mary marries anyone below an Earl, so Blount is out of the question.

Speaking of which, do we think the Queen's brother would still try to fool around with Elizabeth ITTL? And what happens to the Poles?

Absolutely not, Thomas wanted power and IOTL Elizabeth was Edward's preferred heiress. ITTL he is brother-in-law to the king and uncle to multiple princes and Elizabeth is just the bastard daughter with NO legal claim to the throne

for what reason he would? Mary at the end is Henry’s daughter and subject and he is a foreign King without any right to interfere or dictate who Mary can or can NOT marry. And Charles valued a lot Henry’s alliance, as demonstrated by the fact who as soon his aunt Catherine died, he not only recognized Anne as Queen but also proposed a match between Elizabeth and his heir for sealing the alliance. Doing more than suggesting potential husbands for Mary would likely push Henry again towards a French alliance and that is the last thing who Charles want.

Actually - why wouldn't Charles just ask for Mary to be his second wife? With Jane's sons as heirs, Henry would quite likely be happy with Mary as Queen of Spain and Holy Roman Empress

I haven't got the faintest clue. Manuel could wed some Portuguese noblewomen perhaps.

The other boys I don't know about either.
What about an Italian match for Manuel II? Maria de Medici marries Alfonso d'Este , Isabella de Medici marries someone, Lucrezia de Medici marries Manuel? Mary Tudor is likely going to have an attack of vapors at the idea of her oldest wedding a Medici nothing, but Manuel is the grandson of two kings and second-in-line to the Portuguese throne, hardly a nobody but not important enough to get an archduchess or an enfant de France.

Alternatively, a Lorraine daughter of Kristina of Denmark, a girl from Mantua, Cleves or Bavaria

Because Karl didn't want to remarry. François I ruined the emperor's 1540 visit to France by broaching the subject of a match between Karl and Marguerite de Valois. Karl told him to sod off

Yeah, Philip is still way too young for Mary.

Why not France? Charles d’Orléans is still in the market.
It can work, but Beja is likely a better option. Especially if Karl V keeps his promise to Beja that he'd give him the duchy of Milan.

A POD that let's Hans of Denmark (son of Christian II) survive, and he shows up in England as the Phil of Bavaria equivalent, captures Mary's heart and Henry's like... *shrugs*meh, there are worse choices. Hans is Habsburg without power or standing, cousin to James of Scotland, but prospectively a triple king in waiting (Denmark, Sweden and Norway) or being groomed to take over from Marie of Hungary as governor in the Low Countries...

Screw it, I'm making a Mary and Hans family tree. The Glory of The Low Countries is coming here.

Hans of Denmark, Governor of The Low Countries, b 1518 d 1579 m Mary of England b 1516 d 1567
Issue:

John, Lord of the Netherlands b 1538
Christian of the Netherlands b 1540
Isabelle of the Netherlands b 1542
Catherine of the Netherlands b 1545

Beautiful. We need Hans or John to get back the thrones and kick Frederick off now...

I suspect the first opportunity might arise when Christian III dies. Depending on how much of a propaganda campaign Hans can mount in Denmark (AIUI he was very nearly elected in Norway in 1533 after Frederik's death).
