Couple of tries, don't know if its what you were aiming for
I wasn't aiming for anything, but those are both very nice! Especially the top one!

the one at the bottom of the first page, is what I thought of if northern Virginia had a flag (you know that whole "north Korea is BEST Korea" meme)

New Challenges! Fascist Russia (c. 1940)
Your turnthe personal banner of the Ukrainian warlord Symon Petliura(c.1920)
Your turn
State/Nation : Kingdom of Outre-Sicily
History : Surviving Norman state in Tunisia, approximatly the half of the country plus possessions in Trioplitaine
Government : Absolut monarchy - Part of Sicily (Naples+Palermo) Crown.
Era : 1750's
Good occasion to improve your knowledgeEh, I'm not very knowledgeable in this period.
I don't think that feudal Normans would have a flag. Good occasion to create a good one based on coulours or heraldic figures used by south-Italian Normans. Why would the Normans change their flag?

Russian Fascists weren't exactly original were they?
Russian Fascists weren't exactly original were they?
Well they were a tiny group within an already fairly small emigrée community...
My Fascist Russian flag:
I really like that fascist-ised version of the Russian eagle, but I think it would work better on a different background.
The most likely symbols would be the St Andrew's Flag or the flag of the Russian Fascist Party. If you're looking for an entirely new flag then maybe this combination of the two symbols?
I think a solid gold background would work best myself, but a darker shade than the one you used before; blue doesn't go well with black (but don't tell Estonia I said that). The background choice was a bit of a hasty afterthought. Maybe a blue St. Andrew's cross on a white field?
