Earlier death of Joan of Navarre

If Joan, daughter of Louis X of France, claimant to Navarre and later Queen Joan II of Navarre, dies 1317-1327 then who claims Navarre? And how does this impact the HYW alliances if Charles IV dies as OTL?
  • Would there be a stronger alliance of Burgundy and England? Especially if Ed III recognises Eudes as King of Navarre.
  • Could/would Edward III claim Navarre?
  • Assuming the old burgundy dynasty fails near OTL how does Louis of Flanders as King/claimant affect things?

I don't think Edward has a claim to Navarre and he barely had a claim to France as even via female descent there were people ahead of him.

Oh certainly claim to Navarre is weak but would he think it would strengthen that to France?
His French claim isn't too bad:
Male of age, grandson of Phillip IV.
The only male with a better claim in 1328 was a 5yr old Phillip of Burgundy who was grandson of Phillip V.
