Even after Sega dropped out of the console race they still made a wide variety of games. One of my favorite was Billy Hatcher 2. It really fixed some of the problems the first one had. How would you not make this happen? Sega can still release other non-licensed games but it has it has to be a rare occurrence. Bonus points if you get them to never release outside of Japan without ASB.
