After annexation of Baltic states by Soviet Union, Stalin deported a lot of people to Siberia and other places of the USSR. But let's imagine that Stalin decided to deport native population of Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian populations in the late 1940s since they were mostly collaborated with Germans and made sabotage against government after the war(Forest brothers). Lithuania became part of Belorussian SSR. Latvia and Estonia became Latgalian, Livonian, Kurland and Estlyand oblasts of Russian SFSR. Khrushchev decided to restore Lithuanian SSR, but Estonia and Latvia were never restored. In 1991 USSR was collapsed. Estonia and Latvia are oblasts of Russian Federation. What would happen?
