This is a thread where we build a planet together, starting with the map, and then we move into civilizations and such. There have been a couple previous threads like this, such as this one or this other one.

I'll start. I made a Kavrayskiy VII blank map, and added a few islands. Please feel free to add to it.

My not-very-humble opinion is that we shouldn't consider the edges of lakes set in stone, because the presence of a lake is so contingent on the available water supply. First we need to establish elevation, then climate, and then mark rivers and lakes.
