AHC: Make the 3DO successful

As the title says, your challenge here is to make the 3DO console a success.

It's pretty tough, but better management of the leadup, avoiding the constant tinkering that created a severe lack of titles, would have definitely helped.
Don't think it could really be a "success", though, unless you conjure a random killer app for it.

Make Sony a manufacturer of the product. Sony almost teamed up with Sega and it was not altogether clear they were going to make their own console. However, if this occurs, 3DO merely becomes a weak third to Sega Saturn and then N64. The butterflies are that Dreamcast is not the end of Sega, 3DO2 may or may not be good depending on SOny's role, considering they stay in the Market. XBox ultimately becomes more of a clear number 1.
