I take it that the Supergirl Comic continued in this time line past 1984 ,instead of being canceled because of Crisis on Infinite Earths.

Because the movie was postponed, Powergirl was killed off in Crisis instead so yes DC continues her series

Cool. While 'The Daring Adventures of Supergirl" was not a perfect comic, it was a fun one to read.
