Messaold Ould Boulkheir, is the President Governor of Noukachott. Considered the worst despot in the world, one that makes Dragon State seem like a paradise, numerous calls have been made to overthrow his regime. Nevertheless, these have never formalized, and he clings onto power. The industry has all but collapsed, yet he holds onto power by mining the small amount of iron in the mines, which is mined from slaves. The previous governments military, when trying to crush the previous slave revolt in the 80s, ran out of ammunition, so the army has medieval weaponry since them. The tragic event is that the rebels then enslaved the previous ruling class, the Beidane, and the former slaves, the haratin, now rule the nation. The tyranny remains unstopped.

A street in Tel Aviv with an abandoned building, although the city was not directly destroyed by the ICBM, was damaged by the shock wave and the tsunami when it exploded three miles offshore. The city has recently returned to its former vitality, although abandoned buildings or under repair are still a sight.

An alleged UFO photographed off the coast of Alaska in April 2017, hovering over a small town for about 30 minutes before disappearing. Strange sightings like this have been on the rise since Doomsady. Is it just a collective breakdown after such a cataclysmic event, or was World War 3 a sign to various mysterious and otherworldly forces to come creeping out of the darkness?
