Interesting proposition, watched. I'm going to assume that this happens because of the RICO cases from the 1980s/90s, particularly if they're going after Giuliani. But taking out such a high profile person would hardly be a smart move for the mob at this point; if public opinion wasn't against them before, it definitely would be now. Giuliani would be martyred and the motivation to take out organized crime would be even greater.

I'm intrigued as to when Guiliani was murdered. There's a lot of potential POD's that could help the Mafia hold onto power for a few more years.
