I think I get what you're aiming for. In that case...

• The US is both more stable and less stable: On the one hand, AH.com is rare to do too much in terms of the social issues currently plaguing America (Of course, because that's what Chat is for), whereas regional separatism is much higher. The desire for a Republic of Texas, Deseret, Vermont, Indian Stream etc.
• China is yearning to become a liberal democracy, it just needs a push
• The UK is still a superpower, and always will be. Of course.
• France on the other hand is a pushover, unless Napoleon or Boulanger is at the head

This might actually be better in Chat, if I'm being honest cause I can see this being a bit political at times...
