WI: Rosa Luxemburg as leader of Germany

Setting aside the how she's able to become the leader or how the revolution succeeds. How would Germany look like if its led by Rosa Luxemburg from 1919/1920 onwards? How different would her socialist republic look like compared to OTL soviet russia since I think she was critical of Lenin at some degree? How would the remaining great powers react to this red Germany?

Rosa Luxemburg simply did not exercise a Lenin-like (let alone Stalin-like) authority over the Sparticists. In fact, she saw that the Sparticist uprising of January 1919 was likely to fail bur felt she must go along with it anyway. Thus the whole idea of her as "leader of Germany" is doubly unlikely, both because of the unlikely prospect of the Sparticists coming to power and the importance of other leaders, above all Liebknecht, in the Sparticist movement.
