WI: Mary Tudor, Duchess of Milan

Apparently Ludovico 'il Moro' tried to secure English involvement in the Italian Wars by pitching an engagement between his son and Mary Tudor (the elder). Henry VII wasn't having it and turned it down. So, let's suspend credulity for the moment, and say that Henry VII/VIII agress to marrying his sister to the duke of Milan (this can be BEFORE or AFTER her marriage to Louis XII) but to make it simpler, let's let her elder sister, Elizabeth survive. Maybe she'd be a more reasonable match, since she was either too old or too young for most foreign princes)

How does this affect English politics (if at all)? Would a Tudor duchess of Milan change anything in the Italian Wars of the day?
