The Ghaniyyids were the remnant Almoravid princes-turned-warlords of the Western Mediterranean. They took over Majorca for a while and ruled it for over 50 years.

How would you make the Almoravids of Majorca, or their affiliate contemporary butterflies, prevent or at least reduce the effects of the Reconquista? Maybe they give up trying to attack the Maghreb and instead go for Almohad strongholds in Andalusia?

Besides that, they need to humble the moutain nazarean kingdoms, a victory in Las Navas de Tolosas would help a lot and be a good starting point

I'm far from being an expert on this, but at this point I don't think Al-Andalus can defend itself without the help of a big empire from the other side of the Rock of Tariq.

Maybe the Almohads go through a big civil war that weakens them permanently, allowing the Banu Ghaniya to swoop in? The Christian kingdoms would likely advance in the meantime, but their gains could be reversed later on. The Marinids came very close to doing that, but failed.
