Britain was too blockading Germany and Germans know that it wouldn't make any sense since Germany is not able to hurt Britain seriously anyway. And Germany probably would be fine with its Eastern European holdings.

With the continent mostly in german control and Britain 'left alone' ITTL there IS no more a blockade against Germany.
The RN as 'great' as it might be can't blockade the whole continent.

If whole Europe is going to fall to Germany Brits probably decide make peace. There is not idea to continue war with Germany anymore.
