The shortcomings of the Wehrmacht and Nazi Germany's political structure.

Would anyone happen to know where I could find good information on the weaknesses of the political structure of Nazi Germany and the Wehrmacht?

Well as far as the weaknesses of the Reich itself go 'Wages of Destruction' by Adam Tooze is good place to start.

It mainly deals with the unsustainability of the Nazi economy (growth to fuel conquest in order to create growth in order to fuel conquest etc.).

Well, one minor detail about Nazi Germany was that the post office had a nuclear program of sorts. In addition, Nazi Germany had three land armies (the regular Heer, the Waffen-SS, and "Luftwaffe Ground Units" (including a panzer division)).
