Utah Territory needs to be larger.

Heres an approximate map, the border between Washington territory and Nebraska territory is a bit rough, but I think I got most of it.
I ask it again:
Is it possible to get a file with separate layers (Main border / Internal border / Rivers) for "Current: Finised - http://i.imgur.com/ojOxyzY.png" please?
If I can open them in Photoshop, yes.Sure, I can do that. Is a paint.net file okay?
If I can open them in Photoshop, yes.
Are you can export them in png.
Honestly, I don't know paint.net
I saved it as a .psd for you.

If you're able to get this completed, take time to share it with us.Could anyone whip up a QBAM with latitudes marked every five degrees, plus tropics and polar circles? Let me know if this is too much.
EDIT: I've actually managed to get most of this down myself. I just need the 75th, 80th, and 85th parallels (north and south) plus the tropics and polar circles.
